We are looking for an experienced social media manager who will lead an organisation's social media strategy to boost visibility and customer and client engagement. This typically involves managing an organisation's online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service & managing projects & campaigns.

KEY TASKS:

  • develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement (organic!!)
  • manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • plan content and schedule it weekly/monthly
  • develop and manage competitions and campaigns
  • write engaging blog posts and articles 
  • create engaging multimedia content such as videos, and/or outsource this effectively
  • create Insta Stories 5-7 daily
  • research new trends in luxury industries and stay cool brand
  • develop a target ads strategy on Facebook | Instagram | YouTube
  • form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions 
  • monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools: Google Analytics, Instagram | Facebook Insights & other tools
